I am Saraswathi M, a 54-year-old homemaker from Pappampatti. I faced financial dependency, limited opportunities for skill development, and a serious spinal health condition that affected both my physical and mental well-being.
Through the Valvizhi Project by Native Medicare Charitable Trust (NMCT), I received comprehensive medical support, including diagnostic tests, specialist consultations, and a successful surgery.
With my health improving, I have become more active, less dependent on others, and more confident and mentally at peace. This support has significantly improved my quality of life.
