Privacy Policy
Effective from 10 September 2026.
This policy explains what personal information nmctngo.org collects, why we collect it and what we do with it. The site is operated by Native Medicare Charitable Trust, a public charitable trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (Registration No. 448/1988), with its registered office at 5/39, Kalappanaickenpalayam, Somayampalayam Post, Coimbatore 641 108, Tamil Nadu, India ("NMCT", "we", "us").
What we collect
Donation details: your name, email address, mobile number, PAN, postal address where you give it, and the amount. PAN and address are collected because Indian tax law requires them to issue an 80G receipt and to file the annual statement of donations.
Enquiry details: the name, email, phone number and message you send through our contact, grievance, volunteer, CSR and partnership forms, and any document you attach to a job application.
Technical details: IP address, browser type and the pages requested, recorded in server logs to keep the site secure and working.
What we never collect
We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password or any other payment credential. Payment details are entered entirely on Razorpay’s secure payment page. We receive only the outcome of the payment, the amount and a transaction reference.
Why we use it
To process your donation and send you a receipt.
To issue an 80G certificate and to report the donation as required under the Income-tax Act, 1961.
To reply to your enquiry, grievance, volunteer offer or job application.
To send occasional updates about our work, only if you asked for them. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link.
To meet our obligations under Indian law, including the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, and to answer lawful requests from authorities.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Who we share it with
Razorpay Software Private Limited, as our payment gateway, to process the payment you authorise.
Our email delivery provider, to send your receipt and our replies.
Our auditors, and the Income Tax Department where the law requires it.
Each receives only what is needed for that purpose and may not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Donation records, including PAN and receipt, are kept for at least eight years from the end of the relevant financial year, as Indian tax law requires. Form submissions are kept for up to three years. Job applications are kept for up to one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the site needs to work: a session cookie for NMCT staff signing in to the admin, and a security token that protects forms against cross-site abuse. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking on this site.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Donor records are reachable only by authorised NMCT staff through individual accounts, and donor PAN, phone and email are hidden from staff whose role does not need them.
Your choices
Write to info@nmctngo.org to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days. Where tax law obliges us to retain a donation record we will keep that record and tell you so.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
