Terms & Conditions

Effective from 10 September 2026.

These terms govern your use of nmctngo.org and any donation you make through it. The site is operated by Native Medicare Charitable Trust, a public charitable trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (Registration No. 448/1988), with its registered office at 5/39, Kalappanaickenpalayam, Somayampalayam Post, Coimbatore 641 108, Tamil Nadu, India ("NMCT"). By using the site or donating through it, you accept these terms.

Donations

  • A donation made through this site is a voluntary, unconditional gift to NMCT. It is not a purchase. Nothing is sold or supplied in return.

  • Donations are accepted in Indian Rupees only. The minimum donation is ₹500.

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to make the donation, and the money must be your own and lawfully held.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. A wrong email address or PAN can delay or prevent your receipt.

  • A donation is confirmed only when Razorpay confirms the payment to us. The page shown after payment is not confirmation on its own; your emailed receipt is.

How your donation is used

NMCT applies donations to its charitable objects across health, education, livelihood, empowerment, environment and related programmes. Unless you hold a written agreement with us for a specific purpose, the trustees decide how funds are allocated, including moving funds between programmes where a need is greater or a programme is already fully funded.

Foreign contributions

NMCT holds a registration under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010. Foreign contributions may be received only into NMCT's designated FCRA account and must not be made through this website's payment gateway. If you are a foreign source as defined by that Act, including a foreign national or a foreign-registered entity, please write to info@nmctngo.org before giving so we can direct you correctly.

Tax exemption

NMCT is registered under sections 12A/12AB and 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Eligible donations by Indian taxpayers qualify for deduction under section 80G, subject to the conditions and limits in force from time to time. We issue a receipt and report the donation as the law requires. Whether you can claim the deduction depends on your own tax position; we do not give tax advice.

Receipts

A receipt is emailed to the address you gave once the payment is confirmed. If it has not arrived within three working days, check your spam folder and then write to info@nmctngo.org with the date and amount.

Using this site

  • The text, photographs, logos and reports on this site belong to NMCT or its partners. You may read, print and share them for personal or non-commercial informational use with attribution. Any other use needs our written permission.

  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

  • We sometimes link to other organisations' websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Availability and liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it stands. To the extent Indian law allows, NMCT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from any interruption to it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you donate is the one that applies to that donation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
