Native Medicare Charitable Trust, a public charitable trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (Registration No. 448/1988), with its registered office at 5/39, Kalappanaickenpalayam, Somayampalayam Post, Coimbatore 641 108, Tamil Nadu, India ("NMCT") is a charitable trust. Donations made through this website are voluntary gifts, not purchases. No goods or physical products are sold, shipped or delivered through this site at any time, in India or abroad.
What you receive, and when
A receipt, emailed to the address you entered as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment. This normally arrives within a few minutes and in every case within 24 hours. It carries the amount, the date, the transaction reference and NMCT's registration and 80G numbers, and is the document to keep for your tax records.
Where applicable, NMCT reports eligible donations to the Income Tax Department after the financial year closes and issues the resulting 80G certificate to the email address on the donation.
If your receipt does not arrive
Check your spam folder first. If there is still nothing three working days after donating, write to info@nmctngo.org or call +91 422 2401747 with the date, amount and transaction reference, and we will resend it.
Printed receipts
We do not post receipts by default, so that more of your donation reaches the field. If you need a signed physical acknowledgement, ask at info@nmctngo.org and we will post it to an address in India within 15 working days.
