NMCT's 38th Foundation Day
NMCT's annual get-together and review meeting, a day of celebration, recognition and renewed commitment to service.
The Annual Get Together and Review Meeting of NMCT took place on 29 and 30 December at Gopanari Tribal Village, with active participation from all staff members. The day was filled with entertainment and cultural programmes, creating lasting memories.
Winners of games and cultural programmes received prizes, and staff showcased their 2022 activities through presentations and videos. Employees who had served NMCT for over 15 years and over 10 years were honoured. Department Directors and Project Managers were appreciated for their leadership, and awards were given for the Best Employee of each project and the winners of the Knowledge Assessment Test. New diaries for 2023 were given to all staff.
