The project “Expanding the Reach of Sanjeevi Healthcare & Services” aims to improve access to affordable and quality primary healthcare for underserved communities through Sanjeevi Nala Nilayam.

The project “Expanding the Reach of Sanjeevi Healthcare & Services” aims to improve access to affordable and quality primary healthcare for underserved communities through Sanjeevi Nala Nilayam. The project focuses on primary medical care, early identification of health conditions, community medical camps, preventive healthcare, and health awareness initiatives. Through these efforts, it seeks to reduce healthcare barriers and promote the health and well-being of vulnerable populations.

Sanjeevi Nala Nilayam aims to provide affordable and accessible primary healthcare services to underserved and vulnerable communities in and around Maraimalai Nagar. The initiative addresses barriers to healthcare, including financial constraints, limited access to medical facilities, and inadequate awareness of disease prevention and early diagnosis.

The clinic provides medical consultations, medicines, and appropriate referrals to support the healthcare needs of underserved communities.

Community medical camps and health awareness activities complement the clinic's services by promoting preventive healthcare, healthy lifestyles, balanced nutrition, and the importance of regular health check-ups and timely medical consultation.

Through accessible healthcare services and community engagement, the project strives to reduce healthcare barriers, encourage early intervention, and contribute to improved health and well-being among underserved communities.

The project focuses on the early detection and management of chronic diseases, including diabetes and hypertension, through health screenings, basic medical assessments, health guidance, and referrals for further diagnosis and treatment. Medical camps will be conducted every month to provide basic health check-ups, identify common health conditions, and offer medical guidance. Community awareness activities will cover healthy lifestyles, balanced nutrition, personal hygiene, regular medical check-ups, and preventive healthcare practices. These initiatives aim to encourage early diagnosis, promote healthier lifestyles, and reduce preventable health risks among underserved populations.
