NMCT has been focusing on achieving maximum impact in the areas of Health interventions and Livelihood generation. Around one thousand families infected by HIV/AIDS have been provided with care and support for treatment services, nutritional food supplements and health care activities in 8 blocks of Coimbatore district. The health and nutrition education in Anamalai block covering school and community children, adolescents & women has impacted thousands of children, adolescents and women in practicing healthy lifestyle through regular nutritious food. The targeted interventions among the migrant industrial workers in Coimbatore and Tirupur districts by and large supported and supplemented the efforts of the Government initiatives in reducing prevalence of HIV/AIDS in the above districts.

The integrated sustainable livelihood program in partnership with National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development has brought socio-economic development among the poor and remote tribes in Tholampalayam and Velliyankadu panchayats of Karamadai block. The Silai School and Satellite Silai School programs in ten districts have empowered over thousand women and girls in tailoring & dress making and thus, they have become individual entrepreneurs to improve their economic status.

Abhaya Student Shelter has been given prime focus to provide protection and care to the underprivileged and poor children. The children have been educated and empowered towards employability. I am happy to share with you that our organization has initiated an old age home for the neglected/abandoned women on 13th September 2016 at SS Garden Kanuvai. Free shelter, food and medical services are provided free of cost to ten elderly women for the present with the support of philanthropic donors.

Community based organizations Vimuktha Federation, Santhippom Positive Welfare Society and ADI federation shoulder our responsibility of providing continuous care through capacity building and income generation programs. Their role in shaping the community towards attaining their socio-economic development is very commendable.

My sincere gratitude to Karl Kuebel Stiftung, Mondelez International, Magic Bus, Save the Children, NABARD, TANSACS, Give India and Usha International Ltd, for their continuous technical and financial supports. I am grateful to all the Corporate, Institutional & individual donors for their continuous and overwhelming support for the cause of the children, community and as well as to our organization development.
